Then I would say eat lots of yogurt. All those good little bacteria are working hard to toughen you up. It's worth a shot anyway :o)
Okay that was bad.
I found this interesting plum and walnut flavor combination at Sunterra Market just the other day. I hadn't yet had the opportunity to try Mediterranean yogurt so wanted to see what all the hype was about. I admit that I wasn't expecting much from this plum and walnut duo, but don't be afraid this is good stuff. Plums and walnuts should seriously consider getting together more often. It's creamy and delicate and it doesn't have the pronounced sourness that I often associate with yogurt. Of course I don't think I've eaten anything but sugar free fat free yogurt in 5 years, so it's probably not a fair comparison.

Mmmmmmmmm, these people are the gods of yoghurt making- congratulations on the discovery. Your yoghurt-eating life will be changed forever. The hazelnut is another one that's right up there with the plum-walnut decadence. Just one more reason why fat-free dairy products are a crime against humanity :)
I wish I could still find them in Toronto, but there seems to be nothing Liberte Mediteranean other than mocha, cherry and lemon these days. Sigh.

This is a good example of 'what you don't know can't hurt you'. I was merrily living my life, eating inferior tasting yogurt and was totally unaware of what I was missing. Then I see this cool yogurt and now look what's happened. Can I go back now? No! Stupid good, fattening yogurt. But eating it makes me healthier right?
I can't say the selection was huge at the store here either, but I think I remember seeing hazelnut. I'll have to get me some of that.
